Pajaro Valley CROP Hunger Walk // La Caminata CROP contra el Hambre del Valle del Pájaro
CROP Hunger Walks help children and families worldwide – and here in the U.S. – to have food for today, while building for a better tomorrow. Our local efforts are making a huge difference… and you are part of it! The CROP Hunger Walk has long recognized that no single organization can meet all the critical needs that arise from hunger and poverty. That’s why we partner with others to raise funds for our local Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County, as well as Church World Service internationally.
Our next CROP Hunger Walk is Saturday, October 17, 2015. Registration at 8:30 am; walk at 9:00 am.
Start of the walk location: Second Harvest Food Bank, 800 Ohlone Parkway,Watsonville, CA 95076. The walk is 5.6K (3.5 miles) along Ohlone Parkway, Main Street, Rodriguez Street, and Beach Road.
