Is your soul in alignment with your life? I find this question very important to ask myself periodically. When my soul is not in alignment with my life, I experience dis-ease in my heart, body, and mind. The 15th century Spanish mystic, St. Ignatius of Loyola, described the root of human discontent, unfulfillment and dis-ease as \u201cBeing out of an alignment with God\u2019s deepest desire for your life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
