Children’s Time “I AM because of WE” Pastor John
Message “Who Am I & Who Are We?” Rev. John Song
On this World Communion Sunday, I will be examining how we define ourselves. Is it my race, gender, nationality, religion? How should we define ourselves?
Community is medicine.
If we replace the ‘i’ in illness with ‘we’,
illness becomes ‘wellness’.
~ Howie Morningstar, M.D.
“Everything belongs, including each one of us.
No one belongs until everyone belongs.”

“Seeing ourselves as sacred is the beginning of seeing others as sacred.”
~ John Song
Mark 3:34–35
The True Kindred of Jesus
Then his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside they sent to him and called him. A crowd was sitting around him, and they said to him, “Your mother and your brothers are outside asking for you.” And he replied, “Who are my mother and my brothers?” And looking at those who sat around him, he said, “Here are my mothers and my brothers! Whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother.”
Galatians 3:28
“There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free,
there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.”
