Announcing Our New Sunday School Program
Our Sunday School program is designed to provide meaningful, quality Christian education that nurtures and strengthens each child’s faith. We believe that early spiritual formation becomes a lasting source of guidance and strength throughout their lives. By bringing your children to church on Sundays, you are giving them the opportunity to grow in faith in a supportive and enriching environment.
Each Sunday during worship, our pastor shares a special Children’s Message. Following this, children are dismissed to Sunday School, where they participate in a thoughtfully planned lesson, fun activities, and crafts led by our dedicated teachers.
Our top priority is the safety of every child. We have established policies and procedures in place to ensure a secure and caring environment for all participants.

If That Isn’t Love
Duet: Reba Abenoja, soprano, Febe Avitua, alto
Words & Music by Dottie Rambo
1. He left the splendor of heaven; Knowing His destiny was the lonely hill of Golgotha. There to lay down His life for me.
Chorus
If that isn’t love, the ocean is dry, There’s no stars in the sky, and the sparrow can’t fly! If that isn’t love the heaven’s a myth, There’s no feeling like this if that isn’t love.
2. Even in death He remembered the thief hanging by His side; He spoke with love and compassion, Then He took him to paradise.
Message “Don’t Take Yourself Too Seriously” Rev. John Song
Nine Permissions I Give to Myself and Offer to Others
3. You have permission to laugh (ever loudly at yourself and at human condition).
When we laugh, we give ourselves over to the immediacy of the present moment.
“Lord, save us from somber Saints.”
~ Teresa of Ávila (1515–1582) was a Spanish Carmelite nun, mystic
“God’s grace broke in and I realized that my happy mood was a gift, an interlude of grace. The tough days would still come, but the moments of joy would also come. I learned to take each day, each moment as it came, and to embrace it as the gift that it is. Thanks be to God!” ~ Mary S.
“Life is a tragedy for those who feel.
Life is a comedy for those who think.”
~ Horace Walpole, an 18th century English writer
“Life is a tragedy when seen in close-up, but a comedy in long-shot.”
~ Charlie Chaplin.
Proverbs 15:22
“A cheerful heart is a good medicine, but a downcast spirit dries up the bones.”
